Mercer represents
a variety of clients including developers,
contractors, creditors, materialmen, business
owners, corporations, homeowners, and individuals
with a variety of litigation or pre-litigation
issues. In addition to his full-time law
practice, Mr. Mercer previously served as an adjunct faculty
member at Flagler College Business School teaching Business Law
to students.
