the Historic District of St. Augustine: Proceed
north on Ponce De Leon Blvd. / U.S. 1 to SR
16. Turn left on SR 16 heading west approximately
1.6 miles. Turn right on N. 5th Street, then
an immediate right into the main parking lot
bordering S.R. 16. Park in front of the first
building on the left, which is 2804 N. 5th Street.
Proceed to Suite 102.

Palm Coast, Florida: From Palm Coast
Parkway, merge onto I-95 North. Proceed to
Exit 318 SR 16. Turn right off of exit and
proceed east on SR 16 approximately 3.6 miles.
Turn left on N. 5th Street, then an immediate
right into the main parking lot bordering S.R. 16.
Park in front of the first building on the left,
which is 2804 N. 5th Street. Proceed to Suite 102.
From Bunnell, Florida: From Bunnell, take
I-95 North. Proceed to Exit 318 SR 16.
Turn right off of exit and proceed east on SR 16
approximately 3.6 miles. Turn left on N. 5th
Street, then an immediate right into the main

From Jacksonville, Florida: From Duval
County, take I-95 South. Proceed to Exit 318
